A bedroom is not only a place where the body sleeps. It is also the place where the mind slowly releases stress, emotions, fatigue, and the impressions of the day. That is why Vastu gives special importance to what reflects inside the bedroom, especially during sleep.
If a mirror directly reflects the sleeping couple or the bed, many Vastu traditions consider it disturbing for emotional peace and relationship balance. A mirror increases movement, reflection, and mental activity. But sleep needs stillness, privacy, and softness. When the body is trying to relax, a strong reflection opposite the bed may silently create restlessness, disturbed sleep, overthinking, or emotional heaviness.
The simple correction is very practical. Avoid placing a mirror on the wall facing the bed. If the mirror is fixed and cannot be removed, cover it at night with a clean cloth or curtain. Keep the bedroom calm, soft, and uncluttered.
This is a general Vastu guideline. A complete reading depends on direction, layout, entrance, bed position, colours, and the overall energy of the home. For deeper correction, SAPANDA studies the space in an integrated way.
